  1. This challenge is such a great idea! I actually went a few months with just smoothies and raw veggies and fruit….i lost all my weight with out the hunger. Of course this was a few years back and i found my lost weight …It once was lost but now it's found lolI am going to get back into it once in the RV, i'd love to do it now but i literally don't even eat at my house with trying to get it ready for the market and not wanting to make a mess

  2. Looks yummy! I have been doing the TCL diet. I use the FitMiss protein powder in vanilla chi with blue berries, frozen bannas (I love bananas) , wheat germ ( for texture and crunchiness ) with unsweeten vanilla almond milk .
