Theze two antioxidant-packed smoothie are made with frozen blueberries, ripe strawberries, banana, yogurt, and chia seeds — perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack, or post-workout boost. It’s naturally sweet, creamy, and super easy to make in just minutes!
These smoothie are dairy-optional, refined sugar-free, and ideal for weight loss or clean eating. Kids love it too!
Recipe1:🍓 Healthy Strawberry Chia Smoothie
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
• 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
• 1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• ½ cup plain or Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
• ½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
• 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
• A few ice cubes (optional)

Ingredients:
• 150g (1 cup)frozen blueberries
• 100g ripe banana (about 1 medium banana)
• 120g (1/2 cup) plain or Greek yogurt
• 100g (1/2 cup) milk of choice (e.g. almond, oat, dairy)
• 5–10g honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
• 5g chia seeds (optional, about 1 tsp)
• Ice cubes (optional, around 3–4 small ones)
•Healthy granola (homemade),slices of banana, blueberries for garnish( optional)
