I’ve shared with you in the past about my struggles with PCOS and its side effects (Weight gain being one of them). I’ve recently adopted a change in foods in hopes of tackling those side effect. And wanted to share more PCOS friendly recipes with you all to take you along this journey. All these recipes are of course great for anyone as well 🙂

  1. I’m so gonna try this tomorrow. I have pcos myself. Just when I think I have it under control. It moves the goal posts again lol. Thankfully I have my skin under control I use to suffer with really bad spots/boils on my face. They were so painful. Anyways thank you the smoothie idea 🙂 xx
