Herb Rubbed Pork Prime Rib Recipe

We start with a beautiful frenched pork rib roast, an elegant, flavorful, and still affordable cut of meat. A rub of sage, thyme, and rosemary is applied with salt and pepper, then the roast is put in an oven preheated to 500ºF.
We drop the heat to 400ºF, and then roast for about 45 minutes until the pork reaches 140ºF. Remove, let rest, then slice down each bone into individual chops for serving.
