Here is why this BBQ is a GAME CHANGER!

Excited to finally get my hands on the Kamado Joe Big Joe Connected! Having used the standard size, the Big Joe’s increased capacity for large cuts of meat and its konnected joe kamado joe features are a significant step up. This ceramic grill looks like it will handle everything I throw at it!

  1. four weeks ago i was shopping for a new barbeque. The joe's just could not keep up with the competition on the price point and with what you get. Wheels, weight of the lid, accesoires and price point just was not it…

  3. And then you forgot to mention that the paint on the top vent is constantly peeling off, and falling onto your food.

According to KJ, the problem should be solved by now, but I'm now on my fourth top vent, and the paint keeps peeling off, even though the temperatures never exceed 300 degrees Celsius.

  4. Nope. NEVER buying electronic ANYTHING that WILL eventually fail and is too big to return for repair. Nope, nope, nope. And KJ has the worst reputation going for electronics to boot. KJ going this route is disappointing. Their (along with Primo) non-electronic kamados are the best in the market. Anyone requiring this much electronic control over a cooking fire should find another hobby.

  5. Electronics and heat not a good combination, capacitors have never liked heat, and for how long will one be able to buy spare electronic parts i'd say not much more than 5 years but my guess is less! Not only that how much will the app spy on its user and get the data sold! One can only get why the one "connected" is cheaper than the manual one my guess selling customer data so nice of them!

  6. This film sucks…
I will tell it in my language.
Jestes niezaleznym, ambitnym i kreatywnym tworca.
Nie dawaj dupy nagrywajac instrukcje obsugi, bo to mega slabe jest!
    Ten material jest beznadziejny!

  7. Sorry, no grill or BBQ that needs electricity, for me. I love my Kamado Joe but I tend to do more and more open fire cooking, except for really long jobs. The only thing, I drag an extension cable to my BBQ for, is the rotissery.
