Ik merk op dat je het vlies van de shortribs niet verwijderd zoals bij spareribs. Toen ik ze een tijd geleden gemaakt heb, heb ik dat wel proberen doen … wat een werk man! Ik zie nu dat het dus ook lukt als je het niet verwijderd, had ik dat maar eerder geweten 😂 groetjes vanuit Genk !
