Hi mam. I'm a big fan of this channel.. the recipes you share and the way you explain the reason for why each ingredient is added or why certain ingredients should be added in certain ways, scientifically sets you apart from the many YouTube channels..
However mam, in my humble opinion, I find the word 'skinny' as a form of discrimination/body negative term. I read the description that the recipes are 'skinned' off non nutritious substances, however the term still doesn't do justice for such a great channel.
Pls consider changing it if possible.
