Ingredients: 3 tbsp raw groundnuts, 7 -8 black raisins, 1 tbsp chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds. – soak all this overnight.
soaking overnight will help in better nutrient absorption and good digestion.
