– 3 Tbsps Rice Vinegar
– 1 Tbsps Sesame Oil
– 3 Tbsps Gochujang (or sriracha)
– 2 Tbsps Minced Garlic
– 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
– Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
– Fresh Green Onions
– Sesame Seeds
– 3 Cups White Rice (dry)
– 6 Cups Chicken Bone Broth

Sriracha Mayo:
– 8 Tbsps Light Mayo
– 4 Tbsps Sriracha
– Lemon Juice
– Garlic Salt
