I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️

Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 – 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

  1. Hi from Spain 🤙🏻, thanks for your content. I really appreciate. Do you think there is a way to active the translation to Spanish ? Some of the ingredients is not the same here or we need to find other options or brands. If it’s possible, if not I will keep watching and translating 😅

  2. It's hard to believe that thin tortilla "pizza " would have a full 45 grams of protein. How do you calculate the protein content? Also, it seems you're not getting nearly enough daily greens.
