What I meal prepped this week to get 100G+ protein per day💪🏻 Recipes for all of these meals are in my latest long-form Youtube video❤️:

I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️

Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 – 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

  2. this is so motivating ❤ as a student living alone and also vegetarian tbh i often find it difficult or find myself without energy to prepare delicious and healthy stuff, but watching your meal prep videos have motivated me so much, you probably started making them as a fun thing but the do help more than you imagine, thank you 🙏

  3. The eggs that you’re using to make your protein, obsessed dishes are so unhealthy that you’re clogging up your arteries just to hit your protein quota. Yeah at first I was enjoying your dishes until I realize that in order to hit only your protein milestones you’re using eggs for everything. I think we live in a protein obsessed world and what we should be doing instead is to improve our health is not worry so much about the protein but more and more about what we’re actually eating and where we’re getting that proteins eggs is not a healthy source for it either. Do you know what eggs are do you know where they come from? I know everyone just says it comes from a chicken but it’s literally an unfertilized embryo that came from a chicken that’s being forced to live on the floor of a crowded outdoor facility that they call ““ free range””” have you seen the videos on those free range chickens? They’re not free to do anything they’re. Debeaked without any medication and they’re stepped on they fight with each other because one of them always wants to be the leader they just plop out eggs all over the place and everyone’s getting defecating on or they get back to death. The chickens that are hatched that weren’t supposed to be hatched the ones that live in those tiny little cages that are stacked on top of each other. Those are the ones that are considered not free range well if you watch a video on the baby chickens, you know the male baby chickens they’re put on a conveyor belt and they’re tossed into the incinerator. Incinerator is basically just grinding them up alive and if you don’t believe me just type it into your YouTube channel what happens to Mel baby chicks that are not used in the chicken food industry and you can watch it all for yourself if you don’t believe me and it’s perfectly legal by the way, either suffocate them to death or the toss them in the grinder machine because the egg industry has no use for the Males.

    So I’m saying is if you want to create something healthier than making all these foods with eggs is not it there’s other ways to hit your protein quota if you’re eating healthy plant-based foods and not supporting or condoning eggs and everything that you make. It’s a very cruel, cruel industry and they’re not healthy for you. Certainly not for the animals or for humans! , eating meat and dairy is destroying our planet. It’s destroying our health please do some research on plant-based foods only and support and promote that instead.
