High-protein Meal Prep | 100G+ protein💪🏻 Link to recipes⬆️ #mealprep #highprotein #healthyrecipes

What I meal prepped this week to get 100G protein per day💪🏻 Recipes for all of these meals are in my latest long-form Youtube video❤️:

I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️

Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 – 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

  1. Yeah you're not getting a hundred grams of protein a day you literally just have oatmeal pancakes oatmeal is not a source spinach is not a source of protein you can use protein pasta but if they're going off of the same stuff that you are then that's not even protein

  2. This all looks very good. One day I'd like to meet a lactose intolerant version of you. Or maybe in the meantime could you post recipes that have less dairy in them? Of course I know that there are lactose free options for almost everything but often they are not as tasty and more expensive. But there seems to be no way to avoid dairy and other products that contain lactose if one wants to get protein in.

  3. Does Meal prep mean you make these on Sunday for example and they stay good until Saturday? I am very careful with expiration dates so I'm confused. Am I taking it to literally and you just prep once a week and eat that for 3-4 days?
