In this smoothie recipe you're adding chia seeds raw whereas in one of of your other smoothie video made with banana you're adding soaked chia seeds..so does that make any difference?

Thank u for this recipe n tip to cook rolled oats..i tried rolled oats for very 1st time, boiled it for few min& I had it.BUT it couldn't be digested n i vomited all out.since I couldn't take dairyproducts,this will be very helpful for me😍..tq so much😘
