This smoothie is packed with protein, fiber, and energy—perfect for breakfast or a post-workout boost!

Ingredients:
✅ 1/4 cup rolled oats (for fiber & creaminess)
✅ 1/4 cup roasted peanut (or 1 tablespoon peanut butter)
✅ 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
✅ 1/2 large apple or 1 small (or 1 small banana)
✅ 1 teaspoon roasted flax seeds
✅ 1 teaspoon chia seeds( Thickens the smoothie)
✅ 2-3 dates, pitted(Natural sweetener with fiber and nutrients)
✅ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for flavor & metabolism boost)
✅ 1/4 cup water ( OR 4-5 ice cubes for a chilled smoothie)
✅ For garnishing Cinnamon powder and chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions:
