  1. High protein, healthy strawberry mousse!🍓

    All you need is :

    – 15-16 strawberries.
    – 1/2 cup roasted makhana.
    – 150 gms or 1 cup grated low fat paneer.
    – 1/2 cup hung curd (used 500ml curd to make half cup hung curd).
    – A little less than 1/2 cup milk.
    – 4-5 tsp honey (adjust as per taste).
    – 150gms dark chocolate (optional).
    – 3-4 strawberry to garnish.

    Refrigerator time : 3-4 hours in fridge or until set.
