Recipe
* 1 cup red lentils
* 1 cup of water
Let it rest overnight and strain out the water. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly
* Add 50 ml of water
Puree for 30 seconds
* Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Puree 30 for seconds
* Add 1 tsp sea salt to taste
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or squeezed lemon juice
puree for 10 seconds
Put the mix in a bowl and add:
20 grams of psyllium fibers and with a spatula to make one whole.
Make 7 buns with your bare hands. Put some oil or water in your hands to work smoothly.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
