With simple ingredients available at home, you can prepare this halwai-style Malpua without any complicated steps. Serve it warm as it is or with rabri for an extra special festive treat.

Ingredients List ✨
For Malpua Batter:
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
½ cup suji (semolina)
½ cup sugar
1½ cups milk
¼ cup milk malai or fresh cream
1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 tbsp finely chopped nuts & raisins
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Little milk (if needed to adjust consistency)
Oil or ghee for frying
For Sugar Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 cardamom pods
Few strands of saffron
For Garnish:
Rabri
Chopped nuts.
