You are supposed to use cream instead of milk. And next time use fresh parmashan instead.

I made it by eyeballing it and it had a mild flavor but it was good I would recommend you put in measurements
No one in Italy would eat something like this: milk, boiled garlic, cream. If Alfredo were still alive, he would take you to court for naming something like that after him.
you failed to say how much of the ingredients to add ie. how much milk, flour and cheese do I use?
