Ingredients:
First cut brisket, semi-frozen
¼ cup each: chili sauce, soy sauce, avocado oil
Spices: black pepper, garlic & herb, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, chili flakes
Instructions:
Slice brisket thin.
Season and marinate well.
Bake at 200°F (93°C) for 1 hour.
Baste with chili sauce, flip, and bake for another hour.
Baste again and bake for an additional 30 mins.
Cool, store in glass container, refrigerate.

I use a dehydrator. Never thought of using brisket, I use different types of meat, and my daughter used different mushrooms. I love jerky and make it for backpacking. Shabbat Shalom.
