Homemade Brioche Bread Recipe

•Ingredients
-Bread flour (3 cups)
-Granulated sugar ( 1 TBSP to add it to active dry yeast) ( half cup to add it later to the flour)
-Warm milk (3/4 cup) or 6oz
-Butter ( 3 TBSP)
-Salt ( 1 TSP)
-Eggs ( 3 medium or large)

•Instructions
-In a large bowl add warm milk, 1 sachet of active dry yeast, 1 TBSP of sugar. Stir well & wait 10 to 15 mins for proof
-Once the yeast is activated, add 3 cups of bread flour, 1 tsp of salt, 3 eggs, half cup of sugar. Mix all the ingredients well with spatula
-Once all the ingredients combined together start to knead the dough
-Dough will be very sticky when or wet keep adding flour accordingly & grease hand with oil
-Once dough is kneaded cover & let it rest in a warm place (in microwave/oven) for 1 to 2 hours until it proofs
-Once to dough proofs it’s ready, knead the dough a bit more & make your desired bread shape.
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
-Grease your bread loaf pan with butter and let the dough rest for 45 to 60mins for proofing
-Once the dough proofs, egg wash the top of the dough & place in the oven for 30 to 35 mins.
-Let the bread completely cool off before slicing
-And there you have in your new favorite homemade brioche bread 🍞 enjoy!

  2. I usually don't write comments, but the bread did not turn out well. There were no proper measurements in the description or comment section.
    I saw the ingredients you've listed, but some measurement for the milk is not listed. I had to guess what the "proper" measurements were, and as I assumed. It turned out horribly. 🙃 Your video is excellent, and I love the outcome of your bread, but please list the measurements of each ingredient. "Some milk" is not a proper measurement.
