Homemade dessert that I never get tired of eating, this easy and delicious custard never fails to satisfy.
Recipe ingredients
1 litter milk
1 cinnamon stick
Cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ lemon rind
6 egg yolks
125 g sugar (6 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon and a half of corn starch and little milk
Maria cookies

Hello :). In Germany, we call it "Pudding" (just without cinnamon). We usually just make it with starch, it's faster. our grandparents and pastrychefs also make it with egg and starch. After it´s cooled down, add amound of butter and you have a typical German buttercream Cake filling.

Hola hoy prepare este postre y no me quedo igual,e podría ayudar yo puse la leche con canela,cáscara de limón y vainilla a enfriar antes de integrarlo con as llemas y azúcar y después mezcle todo y no deje de meniar y hasta que se vio como en el video y lo puse el los recipientes y lo metí a refrigerador toda la noche y esta aguada, ne podrías ayudar algo hice mal por favor 🙏
