Totally indigestible, needs to be sourdough not brewers yeast.

When I try this recipe, my bread doesn't rise. Because the yeast pack says the use between 100 and a 110° water to activate the yeast first Is that correct? Please let me know

How do you store it?
I thought this type of bread needs to have a Living Sourdough Starter? Why does your recipe not call for it?

I got the same flour you use and it's good but definitely pricey. If it were cheaper I would make bread every week.

I followed a “bread”recipe using einkorn and was really frustrated after comng up with a sticky unmanageble dough ball. I forced it into a loaf pan and voila it came out pretty nice. I realized i was working wrong way and just googled “einkorn bread recipes” and came upon uour site… now subscribed! Look forward to more recipes and helpful hunts! Thanks again!!🌞🙏
