La pâte feuilletée ne se fait pas du tout comme ça n'en croyez rien on doit la travailler 6 fois de suite en laissant reposer au moins une heure (je pense)entre chaque pétrissage ça c'est juste n'importe quoi ne suivez pas sa recette.
You must have folds 3x4x3x4=144 layers. You only folded 3×1=3 folds.
Dont insult the french pastry.
Do it justice and improve.

prostszym sposobem jest rozwalkowanie ciasta na koło i posmarowanie go rozpuszczonym masłem naloeniem na rozwałkowanie ciato drugiego podobnego okręgu i powtarzanie….
