  1. Having fruit is not automatically healthy. Its more healthy than a procesed ice cream but the good part of the fruit is the fiber when you destroy that fiber then the fruit is only sugar. Is not a super procesed dessert so it's good if you want a sweet, but don't say is healthy ice cream, is home made ice cream.

  2. Just beautiful! We must try this! Since we aren't able to grow our own produce right now, is it safe to blend or grind or dehydrate and eat the peels of veggies and fruits of the incredible things that you make if they are washed thoroughly? And please can you tell me what dehydrator you use? I will be getting back into the garden this fall and will grow everything I possibly can!
