  1. I recently retired and decided to attempt to make bread like my father. I never took the time to learn from him. Finding your channel and watching you feels like I am watching him. Thank you for the video.

  2. Just for anyone who wants all the measurements and ingredients for the bread dough written out:

    2 1/2 cup Flour

    3/4 tsp Salt

    2 tbsp Oil

    3/4 Warm water

1 tbsp Yeast (add a little bit of water to it)
    Baking time = 25-30 mins

  5. I wish I could have this wonderful man as my Italian Grandfather; you're an inspiration as a cook and an Italian; that's plenty enough for me. I am a German Italian; I love to farm and cook and hunt and trap and learn the old ways – very good at them – you're channel is an inspiration for me. I am very glad that you're filing your cooking. It should be filmed for sure; I am glad you're doing it. I wish I could cook a dish for you; I'm pretty good. God Bless you. And keep on cooking!
