2 Ripe Kiwis
1 Banana
Handful of Strawberries
1/4 cup of cold milk (soy/almond/ regular)

Kiwi is Vitamin C rich…. How Do you recommend it with Milk… Vitamin C has never to be consumed with Milk…plz make sure you combine the right ingredients
