Meatballs and Pasta Instant Pot Recipe
1 pound lean ground beef (I used 93/7)
1 cup shredded mozzarella (divided)
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups beef broth
8 ounces bowtie pasta
1 (25 oz) jar Mezzetta Roasted Garlic Sauce
In a mixing bowl combine well the ground beef, ½ cup of the mozzarella, parmesan cheese, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs (¼ cup each).
Pour broth into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the pasta evenly. Place the meatballs on top of the pasta. Pour the sauce over the top evenly. Don’t stir.
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt. Serve and enjoy!

I do that with buckwheat and sausage or pasta and sausage. My Irish wife is always terrified by the looks of the sausage from the instant pot haha. But chop it into small pieces and some butter or sauce and even kids are gonna chomp away.
Dang. Delicious meatballs.
Looks so good! Quick question. In video you did Quick release afte 5 minutes and printed recipe says after cooking 5 min do natural release of 10 minutes. Which one do you think? Thank you😊
