Very simple all you need is flour, salt, yeast, and water, and of course olives and thyme! No knead bread recipe

Ingredients:
3- 4 cups of organic unbleached flour
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 -1/2 teaspoon of yeast
2 cups of warm to hot water no more than 130°
Fresh thyme (separate leaves from stem)
1 cup of olives
1 dutch oven or baking pan
1 sheet of parchment
1 bowl
excess flour for kneading dough and flouring the countertop as needed (see video)

Note: have plastic wrap and a kitchen towel available

Instructions:
In a large bowl add flour, yeast, and water, along with sea salt or regular salt. Mix ingredients with a mixer or your hands and massage or knead dough in the bowl. Add 1 cup of olives and mix in thoroughly.

Cover dough in the bowl with plastic wrap and leave at room temp for 3-4 hours to allow the dough to prove or rise. After time has passed take dough and place on floured countertop or surface and place flour on hands and begin kneading dough into a ball shape. Be careful not to use excessive flour but you really cannot mess it up.

Place dough back in a parchment lined a bowl and cover with a kitchen towel for 30-45 minutes while oven preheats to 450° F

Place dutch oven in 450° F oven and allow it to heat up. Then take out the empty dutch oven and place parchment with dough in the hot dutch oven (while using a towel or oven mitts 😉

Bake in the oven for about 30 – 40 min while removing the lid of the dutch oven in the last 15 min to allow the golden brown beautiful crust to form.

Remove finished bread from oven and allow it to cool on a rack or room temp surface.
