Ingredients (Serves 1 | 415 cals)
– Macaroni Pasta: 40g (boiled)
– Cheese: 10g (grated)
– Low-Fat Paneer: 100g
– Boiled Green Peas (Matar): 80g
– Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
– Ghee: 1/2 tsp
– Milk: 2-3 tbsp (optional, for creaminess)
– Seasonings: Salt, Oregano, and Chilli Flakes

Step 1: Prepare the Green Sauce
– Heat ghee in a pan.
– Add ginger-garlic paste, boiled peas, paneer, and salt. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
– Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend into a smooth green sauce.
Step 2: Cook the Sauce
– Return the blended sauce to the pan.
– Add oregano, chilli flakes, milk, and cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens and is well combined.
Step 3: Combine with Pasta
– Add the boiled macaroni pasta to the sauce.
– Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
– Transfer the green pasta to a bowl and enjoy your protein-packed meal!
