Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Servings – 2
INGREDIENTS
Pineapple – 1 cup
Banana – 1
Almond Milk – 1 cup
PREPARATION
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Serve.

Tried this and added sea moss and it went wonderful. Thank you for the short and sweet video. ❤
How I made mine:
1) Fill blender about a quarter of the way up with fresh pineapple juice
2) Add 5 rings of tinned pineapple (1 ring is about 7 pieces aprox)
3) Add 1 banana
4) Add any flavour of yogurt (your choice)
5) Blend for about 1 minute
6) Pour into cups (Mine made about 3 servings)
7) Add ice cubes to each cup to make it cold and refreshing (optional)
8) Put a straw in for easy drinking(optional)
9) Enjoy!
Can we also use regular milk
