Correction 2 tbsps of sattu
Mix 2 tbsp sattu, it can be prepared by crushing roasted chana too, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter with about 250-300ml of cold water.
