Ingredients:
-400 grams of dry pasta
-700 grams of minced meat
-4/5 of an onion
-300 grams of mushrooms
-500 ml of homemade tomato juice
-3 pieces of dry mushrooms (boletus)
-spices(salt,pepper) each one spoonful of garlic, parsley, red pepper and flour.
-two tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Fry onions in hot oil for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Add 250ml tomato juice and add meat. Stir and cook for 10 minutes and add tomato juice. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and red pepper and flour.
Another 5 minutes of cooking and the dish is ready.
In the end, I added parmeggano reggiano cheese because the taste is incredibly good, but it is not necessary.
NOTE:Always cook pasta in salted and boiled water, exactly as many minutes as it says on the package.
