2 TBS Butter
Half white onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbs tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tbs regular mustard
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs chili powder
salt/pepper as desired
