It's a good prep-tub, it is a POS cutting board. I can tell you don't use it as a cutting board, or you haven't actually had it very long, because it is a super lightweight flimsy material that scars terribly from knives.

I have this and it is okay. It's very big and doesn't fit in the fridge very well. You have to empty out or make space for this behemoth. It's a pain to clean as once again it's huge(hope you have a BIG sink to wash it in). I put a chicken in it to marinate overnight and it did okay..I just was not as impressed with it as I thought I'd be

I'm ordering one… I have seen these before and I think they would work really well for multiple applications… you could probably brine in this as well in a fridge….
