That’s a looks like a interesting grill. Do you think it is durable?
It looks like you can just put food on the center.
The charcoal cover makes it very simple to not overcook chicken too fast and have it raw on inside and burn on outside. That's 1 of the advantages this grill has. It's convenient for tail gate parties and even taking out to the beach and camping trips.

Thumbs up on the burgers Tom! If it was a Weber, it might be worth adding to the collection for display only. I like their accessories, but it seems they over thought this one.
