Ingredients:
1 rack of ribs
Mustard
HONEY GARLIC SRIRACHA – Ninjacue Original Dry Rubs
¾ stick of butter
½ cup brown sugar
Honey
Sriracha
Green onion
Sesame seeds
Bear Mountain Oak BBQ Wood Pellets

Steps:
– Cut ribs into individual pieces, and place into a large bowl. Cover with mustard and your favorite barbeque rub. We used Honey Garlic Sriracha rub.
– Fire up your smoker to 250°F using Bear Mountain BBQ Oak pellets.
– Place the ribs on the smoker for about 2 hours until they reach about 190°F internally.
– Remove ribs from the smoker and add to a pan with ¾ stick of butter, ½ cup brown sugar, and a drizzle of honey and Sriracha sauce.
– Cover with foil and place on the smoker for an hour until they reach 200°F.
– Remove the foil on your pan and let them smoke for another 15 minutes to tack up.
– Once done, remove from the smoker and top with green onion and sesame seeds to serve!
