What flavor do you think we should make next?
Three comments:
1. Great recipe, thanks for sharing it.
2. Background music was a little loud. I had some difficulty hearing your voice.
3. Why is that Jack Daniels bottle on the counter not empty?
My dehydrator looks the exact same but is a different brand from Amazon $150 and it took around 8 hours but the recipe is delicious however
Trying this 💯. Keto version and smoking it instead of liquid smoke. Thanks for the inspiration
You’re a grown ass man (I guess) – get rid of those kiddie glasses!! You MUST be a democrat!
Is 140 F safe to eat?
Just put mine in the fridge to marinate. Looks good so far. We’ll see how it turns out in a couple days
Give your kid his glasses back!
Could use the same recipe with bacon? Would you do anything different
You need to slow down when you’re talking so people can relax
Just made this and it’s fantastic. Real nice bite to it and the honey is just a bit of sweetness. Fantastic recipe.
try this. Make beef jerky. before you eat them, grill on an open fire (or just microwave for 30sec), then dip in siracha hot sauce.
Did you say 40 hours in the fridge?
Needs to be at least 165 temperature! Dehydration is nothing compared to smoking outside!
I will definitely try some of your recipes. I have been making jerky for a little while now on a pellet smoker. Everyone says I should sell it but I actually just love the praise. Honey Teriyaki and Cheerwine Habanero are the big hits so far I also make an awesome bacon candy.
Does the honey make for jerky that's sticky to hold in your hand?
Great recipe, thank you! Will be honest the camera switching between front and side is pretty annoying. It's not a sitcom
