Seafood Boil Recipe
Butter sauce
2 1/2 sticks butter
1 cup chicken stock
1 head garlic chopped
4 shallots chopped
1 habanero deseeded and chopped(PLEASE WEAR GLOVES IF YOUโRE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS PEPPER
2 tbsp old bay
1 tsp cayenne (more if you want it hotter) also if you want it really hot leave the seeds in habanero
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Louisiana Boil Booster Zesty Citrus Flavor
1 HEALTHY tbsp brown sugar
Salt to taste
Boil liquid
Water as needed
Louisiana Boil Booster Zesty Citrus as needed
Louisiana Shrimp and Crab seafood boil as needed
Crab boil as needed
1 pound shrimp
3-4 lobster tails
2-4 crab clusters
3-4 lobster tails
2 lemons
Smoked jalapeรฑo sausage

This year I think thanksigving is just going to be me & my boyfriend, and you reminded me how much I love seafood boils & how actually easy they are (I am in NC we do "Frogmore Stew" which is essentially the same)… BC you do have a shellfish allergy, next time you cook this, please make sure to have your allergy meds handy, bc some ppl with that allergy can get sick just from the cooking fumes, it is rare, but it does happen. So keep benedryl in your kitchen.

Looks great, I skip the lobster and crab in boils kuz there too mooch $$ and not cooked right like that. Load it out with veggies too and bay seasoning. So so good and healthy ish. Problem is not eating too much like a buffet
