Using my Weber Kettle and temperatures of roughly 275 I have already reduced the cook time on my ribs from 6 hours+ (3,2,1 method) to a little over 3 hours, with an actual improvement in quality.   4. Hell yeah man, i just did this for 4th with brisket and beef ribs, did it with a charbroil charcoal grill (no offset smoker) all came out amazing. These pork ribs look bomb! Nice video, very clear and instructional.
