  1. Joe, I have a question about pork ribs that I hope you can answer. I was eating ribs once and I ended up with a piece of cartilage in my mouth. It was from the end of the bone. Is this something that’s normal with St. Louis cut ribs or did the butcher neglect to saw this nasty part off when he was cutting the meat? I don’t recall this ever happening with babyback ribs. What’s going on? Thanks in advance for your reply!!! 🍻

  2. Ribs looked great Joe. Glad I'm not the only one that don't take the membrane off. Like you said, I find ribs come out much juicier with the membrane and after they're cooked, you don't notice it. Nice video!
