  1. You seem very impatient with your father! Snatching the bowls of prepared ingredients to put them into the pot faster than he does. Are you on a time limit? Also you remind your father of other ingredients he would use and you then state "But we aren't going to use them ingredients"… Not sure what is going on with you both. I hope it is a healthy relationship and not a angry one.

  2. I’m having a bowl right now. I’m a vegetarian so I used vegetable broth and imitation ham slices, it’s still good no difference. I might have accidentally spilled some sake in, sorry about that. 😉

  3. This may come as a shock to some people, but my favorite soup is hot and sour soup with wontons. The broth that is used for wonton soup is in my opinion very Bland. My personal favorite way to eat wonton soup is to place the wontons from the wonton soup into a bowl of delicious hot and sour soup. Unfortunately, I have to do this at home because I have yet to find a Chinese restaurant here in Eastern Canada that will prepare me such a dish.

  4. My local Chinese take out does excellent hot and sour soup. It now costs 5$ per1 quart. I can tell if someone else made the soup on any visit. I only get their food because of this soup! Thank you for teaching the technique and giving recipe.

  5. I've never seen this channel before. I laughed because me and my mate used to have mock fights with pans or woks and the noise we made, when pretending to be hit was 'Paaaaang' Happy memories. And my favourite soup. ♥️
