Mobile butchers are the key to us getting stress free butchering done here at our Farm / Homestead. A mobile butcher is a bit of a misnomer because only part of the process happens at our Farm / Homestead and the cutting, grinding, packaging and freezing happens at an inspected facility about 30 minutes from us.

How much did animal cost. Even if you raise it yourself theres that cost.
How much was the slaughter fee and how much per pound for the cutting and wrapping?
never seen a mobile butcher but when I lived in Tennessee back in 84 my neighbor and me he always had a cow he wanted to share and we split it
That was $524 per cow or for both? Did that include the mobile slaughter?
