Dude leaves his root ends on garlic before putting it into food processor. Same guy that gives me tomato slices and pickles with the root end on my double whopper and chicken sandwich. STOP!!!
A steak with that much marbling dosn't need to be drowned in olive oil. What a waste of a beautiful cut of steak.
Grilling wagyu over direct fire is a bad idea… he nearly burned it on the outside but it was rare on the inside mainly because of this. The Mediterranean accent is the only thing qualifying him as a chef in this video.
