How I Cook the Perfect Chicken Breast Every Time (No More Dry or Rubbery Chicken!)

This method is simple and foolproof, meaning you’ll always end up with perfectly cooked chicken breasts.

Chicken breasts are a versatile and a lean protein that can be cooked in a variety of ways. However, chicken breasts can be tricky to cook as they tend to dry out.

The key to cooking perfect chicken breasts is to use a method that will lock in moisture. One way to do this is to cook chicken breasts in a pan and then transfer to the oven.

First, heat some butter and oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for a few minutes until slightly golden. Add, some onion, garlic, thyme, some white wine or chicken stock then transfer the pan to the oven and bake for approx. 25 minutes. You’ll have brown crispy skin on top, juicy inside and beautifully caramelised onion with a delicious jus (Sauce).

  3. Picture me sitting right next to whiskey with the same look on my face, that’s how I looked they this whole video. Btw, I’m a good boy too lol. Those onions, that sauce, and those HUGE breasts just looked amazing. Ohhhhhhhhhh, sorry I lost myself for a moment. Thanks Chef. 🤭

  4. Bravo work, here! Oh, and anytime there's even a little bit of sauce left on the pan, scrape it off and store it away as "umami" for soups and sauces. Even the remaining water from boiling potatoes. Keep it and use it. Really adds a nice hidden dimension.
