  3. made this for our dinner, tonight, I used chicken thighs; I removed the bones and skin, pan fried the skin to render the fat, I used that fat as my oil to stir fry everything, taste so amazing that nothing left for the next day.   5. Hey Flo, how are you, long time no see don't know why because i am a subscriber. Can the pork belly be substituted with something else tasty? I've never used pork belly and I bet it's expensive. Hubby and I live in our rv as we are rv park hosts, so we live onsight. Saying that to say, we have a tiny fridge😢 So good to see you and I love Your videos ❤❤
