Everyone tends to have their own spin or variations on it. Its a spicy blend with full of flavors. This is my version of cajun sauce, this sauce is very flavorful and delicious perfect for all kinds of seafood.

Ingredients:

garlic – 2 bulb
onion – 5pcs
oyster sauce – 70 grams
ground black pepper – 1 tsp
sugar – 4 tbsp
onion powder – 1 tbsp
salt – 1 tbsp
paprika – 1 tbsp
lemon juice – 50ml
cajun spices – 6 tbsp
butter – 400 grams
