Started as a backyard pop-up from husband-and-wife founders Andrew and Michelle Muñoz, Moo’s Craft Barbecue has staked its claim in the local scene by bringing an LA flare to classic Central Texas-style barbecue. It’s earned praise from the Michelin Guide, a James Beard Award nomination, and a spot on the LA Times’ 101 Best Restaurants list. Since opening their permanent spot in 2021, the duo has mastered the classics — brisket, ribs, and sausage — plus a creative mix of sides, including pork belly kimchi fried rice, crispy papas with country gravy, and more.

I'm saddened that this place is "LA's best bbq spot" the only thing that was actually really good was their burgers. Everything was just MID at best. I'm willing to give them another chance once this hype is over.
Please clean the chicken, properly.
why didnt you upload the video in 2011 .. so i could went there xD
Pork fried rice is crying for flour tortilla with roasted jalapeños🔥🔥🔥🔥
Moo's set a whole new bar for Barbecue. I just visited Heritage in San Juan Capistrano twp weeks ago and I was not impressed. It was good but did not live up the hype. I think Moos has spoiled us.

Hard pass. My cholesterol can't handle this.

It’s crazy that Mexican Americans are bringing kimchi fried rice to LA
Why would I go to a supposedly Texas barbecue place for kimchi fried rice in LA?
Try the Brisket here then try the one at Maple Block BBQ! I prefer Maple Block! Much closer to authentic Texas bbq!
LA people are soooooo fake…yikes. they all sound like they're selling
something on insta
Damn the fried rice looks good
WS CHAMPS BABY
This place is so good
Claiming Texas bbq and being from California is blasphemous!
Deport those illegals.
Their burger is one of the most unique tasting burgers you’ve ever tried. The best time to go is a Thursday around 3-4 pm after the summer time is over.
With all those spices added, you won't taste anything but the spices themselves. Sorry, it's definitely not the best BBQ you can find in LA.
