I hope 3 days at a temperature that kills bacteria
Sousvide is my go to with most proteins
I would never eat this because I don’t ever eat meat that isn’t fully cooked.
I think she really enjoyed that bite : P
as weird as this sounds, i generally don't like sous vide because it cooks the food to perfect. let me explain, the reason i say this is because each bit is perfectly cooked and uniform. Which sounds great, but it makes the eating experience boring after a few bits. Well say a normal cooked steak will vary a bit in doneness and such, giving you that chance to refresh the experience so each bit doesn't feel like a repeat of the last. A subtle inconsistent nature helps a lot i think to the overall enjoyment of a dish. Unless it's say a tasting menu type deal where you basically only have 2 bits
Anyone gueaa what blowtorch she used?
The great thing about sous vide is that it allows you to get a generous amount of micro and nanoplastics into your food which traditional methods cannot replicate.
