Please bring it to the burbs south of Dallas!

I hope he makes a great comeback
Hey Miguel, second time a video of you pops up. Man I hope you get back to doing what you love most bro. Id definitely make a trip from west Texas down there to have some of that bbq!

I think you and your employees do a great job at everything you do!!!
They blew it. Got too big too fast
Now they’re broke and gone.
Hopefully they’ll get another chance. Outstanding food.
4 years later, 3.8 million views. This is still by far my favorite barbecue video on the internet. I always come back to this video multiple times a year.
Respect brother saludos from Dallas
I've gotten to eat here twice in my life and it still reigns supreme as the best meal I've ever had. I cried the first time, which has only ever happened for one other meal.
It was a privilege to eat at his original menchaca location before it came to an end. This dude in his prime was the conor macregor of central texas BBQ. Thank you for allowing my lips experience your smoked brisket and heavenly torts . 🙁
He's not wrong about the food pretty much being gone in 3 minutes lol
This place ain’t even open no more
I wish they would’ve never left the trailer park. Damn I hate what happened to them
Unfortunately valentinas closed recently.
Such a bummer to see this video after they moved to the brick and mortar store; opened and closed. I would drag visitors to Austin out of bed for in the morning to be first in line to get the real deal holyfield as soon as the truck would open. It's sad to see so much hard work for the business all evaporate in the pursuit of growth – food this good with owners this passionate deserves to stay open forever.
Outstanding food. Forget Franklins, La BBQ, rest of Austin hipster joints. This is the best in town. Or was. They moved South a ways to Buda,Tx. Just go. You’ll be happy and amazed.
Wow that's awesome
They're in Austin or SA?
How far some fall. 😢
This dude had a good thing in Austin and decided to relocate to Buda Tx. Now he’s 2 million in debt and his new location is shut down. Damn that is messed up , I hope you guys recover
Valentina's doesn't pay their employees. Writing them bad checks.
