  1. Good video but….1) Knuckle meat is the best. 2) You forgot the meat in the body of the lobster. It takes some effort to pick it out, but it's delicious and it's a waste not to extract it.

  2. Yeah…because I can afford fecking lobster with gas prices at six bucks a gallon! Try getting a clue, ATK!! Why not tell your viewers how to stretch their food budgets and cook interesting meals on a shoestring instead of tone deaf videos on how to break down a lobster with record inflation and an economic depression!

  3. I don't know why but this reminds me of the ol" Steve Martin joke: "How to become a millionaire: First…get a million dollars!" The whole video, all I could think was how the hell could I afford the gas to drive to go…look at lobsters…

  4. So nice way to break down a lobster but I still want to know how to bread it down. Does it take panko or itialian? Do we dip with corn starch or not? The public wants to know.

  5. To me this video is only half done. There is a good amount of meat in the body that is not shown here. When we get lobster most of the family would give the bodies to my mother. She showed me how much meat she can get out of the body. I now spend the time to remove those nice pockets of meat from the body.
